Heat press – Commonly associated with name and/or numbers on the back of team jerseys, heat press vinyl is best suited to images or wording requiring only a single color but certainly can be used in the creation of multi-color images. Furthermore, heat transfer vinyl should not be chosen when your image requires an abundance of small details. If your message is big and bold, uses a single color, and is needed in small quantities, heat press will suit your project well.

Heat press vinyl film is usually a solid color, however, we can print a full color image or even a photograph on heat press vinyl, dye cut the image out of the role, and apply it to the desired substrate, usually apparel. The substrate you want the heat press vinyl applied to must be able to handle the heat of an iron.

HOW WILL HEAT PRESS WEAR OVER TIME?

Typically, the heat-transfer-vinyl will last as long as the shirt. It will not crack or fade.

WHAT ARE THE DESIGN LIMITATIONS?

The largest area that can be heat transferred is 13” x 19”. While most projects are one or two color, we do have full-color heat transfer options.
